I think there must be a lot of accident-prone people carrying heavy, fragile and very expensive televisions, and are still trying to get some money back on what's essentially a hopeless cause! :-)
I see the most anyone's willing to blow on it right now is $1. If I owned a television repair store I'd probably spend that much on it...
