Simply use a splitter from the cable box output and take the coax output from one part of the splitter to the input of the VCR then the output of the VCR to the TV. Then use the other side of the splitter to connect to the DVD input and then take the DVD outputs (RCA Audio/Video outputs I assume) and connect them to the TV RCA audio/ video inputs.
I do not believe the Panasonic has an RF output so you will have to use the RCA or S-Video outputs.
