I also got approached by two guys in a white van in the Pittsburgh, Pa area, selling theater logic surround sound systems. They were well trained showed me the magazine threw me the whole 9 yards. Stated these speakers are worth $ 2,200.00 we need $800.00, I told them I had $160.00 cash and if that bought me a system I’ll take it, if not good luck unloading them. They sold me the L6 system got it home, like everyone else felt like I really f-d up. I tried to hook it up to through my TV, it sounded like crap. I figured I should go buy a receiver and try and run it through the receiver. I went out and bought an Onkyo TX SR303 model with 5.1 output.
It sounds fantastic, better than my last Kenwood and my current Pioneer system. If you go and buy a decent receiver I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the quality. I would buy another one for $ 140.00 in a second. I feel I got a steal.
