Yeah, I noticed the same thing and agree with Lyndel completely. A $1250 remote, and 4 years later you don't even have the last software/firmare revisions available. Horrible customer support. I guess "Music Matters" but customers don't. Maybe the Marantz folks that sometimes lurk here will take the hint.

For anyone else, the software and firmware updaters are still available, here, in the files area, I suggest downloading it and burning it to a CD. Although Tonto is available online, it does not include the emulators and default ccfs for these remotes.
