Yes.

I have already downloaded the codes and discovered
two sets: "Redeye Basic A" & "Redeye Basic B".
What's the difference?

They are 2 alternate code sets, to avoid clashes if you have a Philips DTX3670 DTT receiver, or to allow independent control of two STBs with two Red-Eyes. Use the "A" set if neither of these situations applies.
