Help!

I have been following the thread regarding the 'Scientfic Atlanta STB and I am lost.

I have just had a second top box put in my bedroom (the 'Scientfic Atlanta 4000DVB) and I cannot get it to work with my Pronto 940 or with my 'Red Eye' and the ccf codes I use with the Red Eye when it is connected to my old Pace 1000N.

Unfortunately it has come with the very same remote control that came with the Pace 1000N and not the one made by Scientific Atlanta, which according the web pages for the Red Eye ([Link: redremote.co.uk]) could transmit both types of signals Irda and RC5.


Can anyone advise me what I can do?
