Im a new user (1 week now WOW!!)and purchased Redeye after checking this ste when I discovered I couldnt do a lot with my cable box (Telewest 4000)
I did have to play about with the position of the eye and found I had to position it partially on the casing (About 2cm) before getting a consistent response .. Now working great. I add to previous endosements of Mike's device.
