yeah, the IR signals do go thru glass, but I use it to control music receiver when Im in a different room, Anyways, I will try to move around the components, I have the Tape Deck on the bottom, Sat receiver next and the VCR with the IR repeater on top of all. I will move around components, I hope that will take care of the problem. As far as some receivers needing a stronger signal, I was under the impression that RF signals took care of that? thanks again!
