Hey.

Here's what I've got:
Infocus 4800 DLP projector (IR) - only on / off is needed

Paradigm 7.1 speaker system
[Link: paradigm.ca]

Onkyo TS XR602 (IR) - need to be able to control at least 20 functions
[Link: us.onkyo.com]

Dish Network SAT system / DVR (RF) - apx. 20 functions

Toshiba DVD/VCR combo (optical outs) (IR) - apx. 10 functions
----------

My home theater is in a small room. All the components are in a closet adjacent to the room.

I need an RF unit to work all the components in the closet. The projector is IR, so I need the remote to also shoot IR.

I need the remote to come with an IR blaster (or something equivalent) so it can control all my IR units in the closet.

I really would like to keep this at approximately $100-150. I don't want garbage, but don't want to spend $300 + for a pronto and have to spend 24 hours programming it. Just don't have the time. And I've spent my budget on the rest of the system. The "CFO" wont' let me spend any more money - thus the 'budget' remote.

I ordered the RCA RCU1010RF - for $80.

It did everything I needed. Only problem was, it didnt' work. Overstock had to send me two, both were defective on arrival. Then they ran out of stock. So, not really excited about owning this unit. Want another reliable solution.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
