Hey all:

I just got the remote from the site listed above. Only problem is that there is no serial number on the remote. I have found one in the menus on the remote, but when I try to register, I get an invalid serial number error. Is there a specific way to input the serial number and/or do you use all the numbers.

I have emailed the company and am waiting for a response, but not hopefull since the phones are still down.
