I bought one of these remotes today. Setting up a TV and a video was no problem but none of the manual codes for my satellite decoder would work. I had to use the Auto Search to get my Sky Videobox (Grundig) to work. I pressed and held [SET] and the pressed and held [POWER]. It took about 4 minites but then the power on the sattelite box winked off and I pressed any ket. It then worked OK.

I have identified the following keys as needed by the satellite system.

MEMO on BD-512 = Select on satellite
CH*P/C giveds the TV Guide Menu on satellite
CH+ & CH- navigate up and down while in the TV Guide Menu
The 4 coloured buttons work as per the Menu for the TV Guide
TV/VCR button acts as the Back Up button

I suppose this unit is so cheap that a proper instruction booklet is not worth while.
