this was helpful I used the setup process using searching as I gave up on typing in the codes. the process was to hold the set key and the equipment key eg tv1 (the led comes on) let go then press the set key again. your now in the search mode (led flashining) now just keep pressing the remote on/off key repeatedly, until the piece of equipment turns off at this point stop pressing any thing for 30 secs. when the light stops flashing on the remote then try the on/off button, if the equipment comes on try the other buttons and if you equipment works your there. If its not working don't give up try the process again but don't stop the first time the equipment turns off just keep going until it turns back on then stop.
