hey dave, Ijustgot my pronto yesteday and i have been trying to figure out a good power on solution. your way sounds good. i think you also could use one of the outside hard buttons to do a power up/dwn sequence and have the dss power last. it works on my other remote.

I also have some questions, maybe jack could respond. Is there any way to make any button an action key that sends me to a different screen. ie. I would like to have my dss controls and on the same screen have a button that reads "pip functions" and be able to press that "pip" button and be taken to a pip control screen.

Can any button be a macro, or only the outside hard buttons and the actual seperate macro screen buttons?

Can you copy a button from one template to another, or are we forced to use only the standard button sizes for each template.
