Never said what remote you are using but assume factory cable/sat box remote. I know Comcast remotes, and likely Directv remotes, have codes in the database for Sonos. Program under the "I have an audio receiver" and then volume +/-/mute go direct to the sound bar. Then setup custom remote for volume +/-/mute on the apple TV remote.
