I have used ROKU since about 2008 and have used several models- since I switched to HDMI with these, I have seen a few messages about TV resolution, but it always worked after a few seconds. Never seen a persistent failure on mine or had a call from a client.
It is not common, but it is not my favorite kind of phone call to take. It may be the first time that Brent has told me, not the usual, "Use this magic box and it will fix it", but, "Try this, then try that, then try this…" 😳😳
