If the Sonos app was too difficult, the Belkin app may be an issue also.
The Belkin app is to setup the system. Once it is on the customer's network, they will be AirPlay'n to the devices - something the customer said they do now and are comfortable with.
NO one is going to be using the Belkin app after the devices are installed.
