There is class of users who think that anything Apple offers is "easy" and everything else is "hard".

While I need to use an iPad for certain work related functions and I'll encounter Mac's at customer sites, I'd rather not deal with anything Apple. Apple is so "easy" they don't feel the need for accessible documentation and this drives me crazy.
