Gary, if the code shows red in PEP2/3, it means it's not a valid code. There is no use trying a code that shows red in PEP - it will most definitely not work. This happens for example if you manage to add a line break during copying and pasting. To verify, maybe paste the code into notepad and make sure it's one long line - then copy it from there to avoid having copied some text formatting attributes (notepad only does plain text, so everything copied from there does not have any format attributes).
