Hey Brent,

Because of some past observations I've made with regards to Xfinity boxes, I told her to turn off Dolby in the X1 box, and just use the Stereo setting temporarily. She reported that the audio is now staying in sync. Would this support your theory?

I'm thinking maybe they just need a new cable box. The one they have doesn't look terribly old, but maybe it we get the latest one it will have firmware/hardware that won't cause this.
