We have done a few and have had the builder build a recess into the wall to accommodate the one connect box as well as the mount. Just make sure the builder provides a tall enough opening. The center of the mount is not centered on the back of the TV (it is higher) so if getting a recessed box made have them make it 4" smaller in height top and bottom than the TV dimensions to allow for some adjustment to center up and down while still being able to hide the recess.
