We have a customer that wants a Samsung frame on a full motion mount. We haven't done this before so is there a specific mount that needs to be used or can it be done with a standard mount? Also will this work using the white bezel accessory?

They all have VESA mounting patterns, but that pattern varies by size of TV. Important to consider how that's going to affect that "illusion" of the frame, though. If you want the TV to sit flush against the wall (which you should), you are going to have to use an in-wall articulating mount. Otherwise the back of the TV panel is going to be off the wall the depth of your mount.

Didn’t even think about it sitting off of the wall like that. Good info.

They all have standard VESA mounting on the back.  I've installed several using the Chief recessed boxes (TA500) and mounts with good success and the TVs are flush to the wall.

Keep in mind that the wall has to be flat for the TV to sit nice and flush... If there's a bump anywhere in the wall it will keep it from sitting flush.

We have done a few and have had the builder build a recess into the wall to accommodate the one connect box as well as the mount. Just make sure the builder provides a tall enough opening. The center of the mount is not centered on the back of the TV (it is higher) so if getting a recessed box made have them make it 4" smaller in height top and bottom than the TV dimensions to allow for some adjustment to center up and down while still being able to hide the recess.
You can't fix stupid
