Press the touch sensitive menu button on the front panel.
Then use the small dial above it to cycle through to settings, then use that to find Initialize... follw your nose from there.
Piece of cake.
If the product is on the network, you can always dial into the IP address and add '/setup' onto the end of that in a web browser.
This allows you to not only reset the unit, but also back it up prior to the reset.
If it's not on the network to begin with, press the MusicCast app and the touch sensitive 'Connect' button, also located on the front right hand side of the AVR itself.
