AB came out and before even coming into the house. He had a new and different gateway. After he changed it, I asked why he was ready with it. His response was because with the particular gateway I had, they were having issues with them.

So far the internet of things seems to be fine. However, the TiVo minis are still having issues. But I believe I discovered the issue with them. The main TiVo is actually connected to a RG-59 cable, I have no idea how long though. I’ll be replacing that over the weekend.
