At a recent memorial for a minister who lived into his 90s (meaning there were many ministers present), the biggest laugh came from quoting the minister, who regularly said "don't let those church people kill you."

Yes, it's difficult to work with churches. But churches supposedly have a unifying ideal, the basis of their religion.

Dealing with an HOA, he’s going to have 50 bosses and they all hate each other and disagree out of principle.

Worse yet, the HOA does not have an ideal to try to live up to.
