-factory default the FIOS router
- turn off wifi on Fios router
- Make Fios DHCP range 192.168.1.2 through 200
Create DMZ host address on fios router outside of the Fios DHCP range ( I always use 192.168.1.234 )
DMZ host setup is under Firewall settings on the fios router.
- connect one of the LAN ports on the fios router to the WAN port on the Pakedge router
- move your PC connection now to a lan port on the Pakedge router
- log into pakedge router and set the wan address to Static and give it the DMZ address you set on the FIOS router. The gateway address is the Fios routers address ( 192.168.1.1 ) Use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for DNS address
- Give the pakedge router a LAN address of 192.168.2.99
