Like I said, I expect them to disappear by the end of the year, MAYBE into next year the way things are going. But to email me a reminder and then shut the account down after just 5 days, 3 of which are business days is insane. Especially when you consider they still owe me rewards dollars from MONTHS ago. I've waited for 6 months for them to pay what they said they would, but the second I there is an issue charging my card and they have to wait, they shut it down.
Could the fact the they owe you rewards be a driver to that.....broke the "terms and conditions" so shut down and any aged rewards are null and void?
