I just created a pdf proposal where information is formatted badly and looks unprofessional and the Prepared by Info is completely blank.
[Link: dropbox.com][Link: dropbox.com] What browser are you using. I was shocked when I had similar issues and they said it is recommended to use Chrome only. I was using Safari. Switching to Chrome did fix my issue
