Fortunately for you this has been a MASSIVE pain in my ass programming 4th gen Apple TV's. I contacted URC and they sent me this file that solved the issue. You need to use the other code set labeled Apple TV in the IR database I believe it is code set 417 and then you need to delete the play/pause/stop buttons that are programmed and use the transporter to load the learned codes from the file I will email you because I can't seem to find a way to load it to here.
