Control4 can do all that but cost wise you are going orders of magnitude higher. It all depends on what you want to do but I would think that very few Control4 installs are less than $5k and everything most be done by a dealer. They have traditional remote controls and you can use iPhones, iPads, PCs, Android, etc. they also integrate with Nest and have their own t-stat. You can also add in your security system, fireplaces, blinds, front door, wifi cams, whole house a/v distribution, etc, etc. The only limit is cost.

I have had a system for a few years and I am fairly happy with it, but I wish more of it was DIY. I have continually added lights to my system where now 90% of my lighting is on the system. But the switches/dimmers are around $150-$200 plus installation. Multiply that by a few dozen, and add in close to $1000 for the controller, plus a bunch of six button keypads and you hit $10k pretty quickly.
