I installed Virtualbox on my Windows 7 and then installed Windows XP within Virturalbox. I then installed Pronto Edit. When I run Pronto Edit it does not see the attached tsu 7000. Could someone please tell me what I need to do to make this work? XP says, "the device is not connected properly."
