There is no 64-bit driver support per being able to download to a TSU7x00 series remote. As such, I'm guessing you are running a 64-bit Windows 7 operating system. That being said, if you are running Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate and haven't done so already download and install Windows XP Mode from Microsoft that way you can download to the remote within that virtual Windows XP 32-bit environment. If you only have Windows 7 Home Premium consider upgrading to Professional that way you could then download and install Windows XP Mode. That's what I did.
