Hmm. I wouldn't be certain of finding such an oddball device in a code database - so I'd suggest buying a cheap learning remote that you can teach it the codes from your remaining original remote (heck, I wish you had a Pronto so you could upload the codes here and have them archived).

Note that those dual-combination keys will require a separate button for each resulting function on a learning remote.
