Anhosting/1and1.com/bluehost/ are all good.

Godaddy is the McDonalds of hosting/registrar companies. They nickle and dime you to death. I have an Anhosting account that costs me $100 per year. I have a dozen+ websites (mine and family members) hosted on the single account with no extra charges. Right now anhosting is running their $3.95 a month special.
