Sure, the reason that I had you use the RCRP05B is that it needed one less step than the Atlas.  The Atlas, as delivered, employs a feature called Channel Lock.  The idea is that even when the remote is in TV mode, the user actually wants the digit buttons and channel up/down to be sent to the cable box.  If you try the Atlas in TV mode, you should notice that pressing the digit buttons will cause the Cable button to light, because the remote is sending those signals to the cable box.  The same will be true of the OK button.

You can manually program the OK/Select button so that it is sent to the TV.

Use EFC = 00164.
1) Press TV
2) Press Setup until 2 blinks
3) Enter 994  (2 blinks)
4) Press Setup briefly
5) Enter 00164
6) Press OK/Select button

The Atlas shouild blink twice.
