Industry Canada has signed off on a temporary basis on the following. They are going to be at 107.7m on a modified Nexacor Cell towers [alternate Hamilton tower location near Rymal] vs 248m on the CHCH tower.
Channel Zero and Bell couldn't come to terms. It will be 26kW instead of 25kW. But the difference in height is probably going to cause signal problems for many in Toronto.

There is also updated contour maps now available as part of the application, which you can hopefully add as well. The signal doesn't extend very well east of Yonge St.
