Yes - it will support 2 furnaces. I've integrated 4 furnaces through 2 SAM modules in a Crestron system. The HVAC contractor supplied and installed them, and all I needed to do was link an RS-232 cable to our processors. We used QM-RMC remote processors over ethernet due to the distances of the furnaces from our system.
