I like to know when to expect layer changes in certain movies because there has been times where the layer change has been very noticeable by a break in the audio and video followed by a change in scene.

I was watching one movie (i forget the title) where this occured, and i thought the disc skipped chapters. I had to rewind it a bit to make sure I wasn't experiencing a serious technical glitch such as my player skipping chapters.

Luckily it was just a poorly placed layer change.
