My neighbor had a dog that barked all day & night. The owner often did not come home at night - and I politely left messdages and notes to zero reponse. On friday night I called and left a message that the dog was really getting on my nerves and that she, the owner has to do something about it, cause it was keeping my whole family awake.
Next morning I'm enjoying a cup of coffee on my front porch & guess what??? The police roll-up because she filed a harrassment charge against me!

Why some people have dogs is beyond me.

Ernie, talk to your Apt. manager, or the building's owner... maybe get a few neighbors to all complain together to the manager.
