Following up on the nesting birds thread at [Link: remotecentral.com] ...

I live in an apartment where there's a pit bull next door. He's quiet when his people are home, but sometimes when they're gone he will bark once every 1 to 3 seconds for hours on end.

Three doors down there's a chihuahua that sometimes yips for hours on end.

Assuming I can get a LOUD high frequency horn, and I know where to get a high power amplifier, does anyone know of a particular range of frequencies that I can point toward these criminals that might make them shut the hell up? I'd just push a button after each bark, I think....
