Hi there,
I was recently on a programming job for a customer over here in the UK which included 3x 9800's and three processors. It was to setup the remotes for traditional operation of their home cinema's etc.
Whilst I was on the job, I tried to use the Sonos Prontoscript V2.02 with their existing Sonos system and even though it connected, it was soo slow that I took it off.
To give you an idea of how slow it was, once you were in the player and seeing the metadata, if you pressed 'pause' or 'next track', you would have to wait about 8-10 seconds for the button on the 9800 to beep and then it might think about sending the command.

The 9800's were updated to the latest firmware on the Phillips website and I did not have the time on the job to investigate what was going on with the Sonos side of things but I just wanted to ask on here, do you think it might be the version of Sonos software that they are running?
What sort of success have you guys had with this script?

I just want to check whether it is worth persevering with for now..

Thanks in advance,

Mike
