If it says that the file was corrpu it can mean:
1. bad download - redownload from page
2. bad upload to rfx - problem in the internal network, try with another cable/PC
3. something else (maybe bad nv ram of rfx), contact service

You sould not use a *.bin to update the RFX units , its not advised,
