Ok, so even the .zip is a no-go on the firmware upgrade. And I noticed something weird. At the top of the RFX9600 configuration screen (right next to the Philips logo) it says TSU9600???

For more background, I moved last year, so I haven't been using it in my new location. A couple of months ago I started to get it setup, and updated the RFX9600 with 1.4.5 (although I swear I updated it with the .bin file and not a .zip and it successfully updated.

I didn't get around to programming/installing it until now, and I couldn't get the TSU and RFX to communicate, I saw the new firmware and thought maybe that would help.

Now I'm wondering if I "bricked" my RFX9600 with the last update I did with the .bin file.

Philips Team, anyway force an upgrade??

I posted a screen shot of the configuration screen here:
