What's new for Monday December 27, 1999...
(Return to the December 1999 news index...)
Monday: How were your holidays? Good, I hope. OK, so it's still technically a holiday here -- and that's why today's update will be brief. The new server seems to be running fine, with message forum searching actually completing in a reasonable amount of time. 20 seconds is certainly better than nearly five minutes, eh? If you come across a missing image or something else that doesn't work please be sure to let me know.

A couple new system CCF files are available, from Peter L. and Chris Cohen. In addition, I received complete CCFs file for the Sony SDP-EP9ES preamp, the Sony KW-34HD1 television, which includes some commands that a lot of you have been looking for, and a low-frequency CCF for the Pioneer Elite Pro-1009W high-frequency television. Cary Gerber uploaded a Sony RM-AV2000 look-alike CCF file, while Ron Brinksma has submitted a gallery file with some new device icons based on my own style. Keep those files coming in -- and remember, the more unique the better! Device-only files containing currently uncovered IR codes are also welcome. Upload today!

Remember that December's amazing contest is coming to a close -- get your entries in before the end of the month for your chance to win some amazing prizes!
