| | | | | | Notes: | IR control is implemented through the RJ45 Keypad input jacks. (Brown = Ground, White/Blue = IR signal) There is no IR receiver on the front of the unit, and no IR input on the rear. This unit DOES have global IR commands, so if you wire IR into any of the zone keypad inputs, you can issue any command for any zone. For this unit, RS232 and IR commands are virtually identical.
(6) Zone Trigger Outputs provide 12vdc when a corresponding zone is turned on. They are also programmable in Elan ViaTools so they can alternately be used as programmable trigger outputs that can be triggered via IR.
System Trigger Output provide 12vdc when any zone is turned on.
Source IR outputs route IR from keypad inputs to the selected source component for that zone.
All IR Out jack passes all IR that comes into the System86.
(6) Sense Inputs allow for conditional statements when used with Elan keypads and Via touchpanels. |
