I just bought Harmon Kardon 435 A/V receiver and the New Directv HR20(DVR)...Which universal remote should I buy??? thanks

What else do you want to control. TV, DVD, CD Etc... Are you looking for a one button operation? Need a little more info.

I also have a hitachi TV,JVC DVD,Directv HR20.....one button on/off would be great.able to control the a/v receiver volume while watching Directv HR20.... Thanks for your help

You should look into Universal MX-850 or 900 [Link: universalremote.com] This remote has IR or RF operation, but is a little expansive. Do you have a budget?

For under $100 there the URC RF10, RF20, and RF30. The Hr20 code in each is SAT 173.
