I'm helping my mom setup a new theater - we've got tv, sattelite, cable, receiver and dvd components and she wants a remote to control them all. I'm a Pronto user myself, but I'd like to find something that will work for her, and not require 40 hours of my time to program. Is the harmony the way to go for her, or is there something else that I should consider? If so, which harmony has the most favor, the 880?

Yes, the Harmony would be a great remote for her. The 880 would suit that fine.
