My 880 died via the expanding battery issue after 3+ years. It worked well for me and the family so not sure I need to switch. I have tried replacing the battery but it will no longer take a charge. I have cleaned contacts, tried the paper trick, etc, so I think it is dead.

Logitech offered me the 50% code so:

Get a Harmony One for $99? I think this is a little overkill but it would work for my needs. I am concerned about the TS breaking.

Get a Harmony 700 for $56? I like it but don't like the fact that there is no charging cradle and you need to plug in USB to charge.

Get Harmony 650 at Costco for $55. I hear battery life is not very good.

THoughts? They all would serve my needs.

Not too much good karma with Harmony, huh?
