Hi there from a newbie. I am looking to buy a universal remote and although I have searched and read articles I cannot find any that say I can control 3 tv's. What I want to do basically is, in my lounge control my TV, dvd, etc, but also control the tv in the bedroom and another tv outside. Does anyone know if this is possible. Thanks in advance for any help

Yes it is possible, but before we can make suggestions we need to know two things; your budget and are you looking to program it yourself or hire a pro to do it?

I wonder if you're really asking for a remote which can control 3 TVs from one room. That would require a remote capable of sending commands via RF rather the the infrared used by normal remotes. It also requires a RF receiving unit at each TV, or a remote which can send IR to the lounge TV, and RF to the other TVs. 50 Euros isn't going to do it.
But is that what you really read? Why do you need to control 3 TVs at once? What's the point of controlling TVs that you can't see?
If instead you want a remote which you can carry from room to room and have it control the TV for the room that the remote is in, then a number of relatively cheap universal remotes can do that using normal IR.
If each room has a TV plus other equipment that needs control, I would recommend simply getting three identical inexpensive universals.
I'm familiar with OneForAll infrared remotes, and can tell you how to set them up to control 3 different TVs.

I have 3 tv's in different rooms and, want to operate all of them with the same remote when in that room. But one room (lounge) also has dvd recorder, dvd player and dreambox.
I am tryng to make it so that I don't have different remotes in each room. I want to get one that I can move around wth me and therefore get used to its controls.

OK, if the remote will be in the same room as the equipment under control, this can be done chaeaply. You need a remote that can handle 6 devices, and is able to assign device types to device mode buttons. There are a number of remotes which can do that.
I'm familiar with OneForAll and other remotes made by UEI. Post a list of your equipment, and what part of the world you're in, and I'll make a suggestion.

In the other two rooms, without the DVDR, DVD, and Dreambox, what are using for source? Just the built-in tuner of tv's? Or is the signals from the DVDR, DVD, and Dreambox going to all rooms?
