I want a simple remote that will do volume, pause, stop, next, -basically all the standard CD commands - using keys with the standard symbols - that I can program like a mouse though my PC. The goal is to control a music player called XXHighEnd that is on my PC. Recently the player developer assigned a series of hotkey commands to some of the standard actions - Alt-P is play, Alt-S is stop, etc. All use Alt plus a letter. I can find multi-button mice, but they are not labeled as I wish and some have limited transmission distance - I need it to work at 20 feet. Any advice would be appreciated.
