My Setup:
TV = Sony KDL-40XBR6
AVR = Denon AVR-590
Bluray = Sony BDP-S550
NMT = HDX-1000 (Popcorn Hour A-110 compatible)
Satellite/Cable = None
All components are IR and in line of site.
I would like to have Macros - I have looked at the Harmony remotes. However, if my equipment (other than HDX-1000) have discrete power on/off I would prefer to go that route to avoid problems if I manually turn something on/off. If everything else has discrete power on/off I would just leave the HDX-1000 on all the time, I do now.
I am not fixed on a budget so I would be interested in options with or w/o Macros that still handled all my components including my NMT.
Thanks for any advice.

How about a suggested budget? Your needs can be fulfilled with almost any remote. Any preferences? Touchscreen? Wand remote? Rechargeable?
